A day worth documenting in West Pelzer history…In 1959, Town Hall was constructed for $9,000. Today West Pelzer signed the required paperwork to transform Main Street with a new Municipal Center, provide additional meeting and office spaces, and provide a community center for all residents.

The week 9/12/16 to 9/16/16, the section of Hindman street from Main Street to Town Hall will be closed while work is being done on the town’s sewer force main. You can access Town Hall from main street by using the drive beside Chapman Park.
The Town of West Pelzer special called meeting for tomorrow (September 1) has been cancelled. Council will meet again at the regularly scheduled meeting on September 12, 2016.
Have a great Labor Day weekend!
